USA Hockey Registration Instructions

 

  1. Everyone must do this process – even if you have sent in a tryout registration form. This is mandated by USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey.
  2. Type in www.usahockeyregistration.com/ to your web browser.
  3. Fill out the registration form for your son.
  4. Make sure that you are registering for the 2009-2010 season.
  5. Complete the registration process by paying the registration fees with a credit card or debit card.
  6. When you see the message “Confirmation: CLICK HERE TO OPEN AND PRINT”, save a copy of the file by following these steps:
    1. Click on FILE at the top of the page. Click on SAVE AS.
                                                              i.      Type in a file name – please use your son’s entire formal name (ex. William C Moore).
                                                            ii.      Leave the file type alone. The format will automatically set it up as a WEB PAGE (HTML file).
    1. When USA Hockey emails you a Registration Confirmation, please forward that email to me at cghcky@yahoo.com.
    2. Print two copies – send one copy to me with your $45 tryout fee and keep one copy for your own records.  Bring a copy of the confirmation page to the first tryout session.
